Potting Up Clearance Auction

If you're looking for a bargain, set a reminder!

We're clearing our greenhouse of the excess stock not being potted on to prepare for this seasons propagation.

This means we have a range of trees suitable for residential through to large rural/farming properties that will be available through Auctions Plus. The auctions commence 5pm Thursday 13th August and finish at 5pm Tuesday 18th August.

To accommodate the large number of plants available and make it easier to navigate, we have split the clearance into two groups:

If you would like to inspect the trees prior to bidding, visit our nursery at 22 Kothes Lane, Baranduda, Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm or arrange an appointment by calling 0437 543 471.

Hedges

A garden hedge is a living wall created by planting a row of shrubs or trees closely together and training them to grow into a dense, continuous barrier.

Here is why they make an excellent addition to any garden:

Key Benefits

  • Natural Privacy: They create an organic screen that blocks unwanted views from neighbours or the street.

  • Wind and Noise Reduction: The thick foliage absorbs street sounds and acts as a buffer against harsh winds.

  • Property Boundaries: They offer a softer, more attractive alternative to traditional wood or metal fencing, and can be grown in front of a fence to hide it from view.

  • Wildlife Habitat: Hedges provide vital shelter, nesting sites, and food for birds and beneficial insects.

  • Visual Appeal: They add structure, rich green textures, and sometimes beautiful seasonal flowers or berries to your landscape.
